I had a great experience at Soapy Car Wash. My payment wasn’t working correctly, but the manager, Tim, stepped in right away and made the whole process easy. He was extremely friendly and professional. He even upgraded my car wash, which was a really nice gesture. Excellent customer service and highly recommend.

Hello, about 4–5 months ago, I canceled my membership at this car wash because I purchased a membership at another car wash closer to my home. Overall, the car wash itself is not bad. The only reason I canceled was that a new car wash opened closer to where I live. However, for all these months, they have continued charging me the monthly membership fee. I have stopped by their location 1–3 times every month, and they still have not been able to cancel my membership. What is this called? Is this fair? I canceled months ago, yet I continue to be charged for a service I no longer use. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate it if this issue were resolved immediately.

2 stars. The car wash really needs improvement. The equipment looks outdated, and it honestly feels like they barely use any soap during the wash. My car still had dirt and spots left over afterward. For the price, I expected a much better clean. The owner should really update and maintain the equipment better.

We’ve officially become car wash connoisseurs thanks to our 3-year-old son being absolutely obsessed with them 😂 and after trying pretty much every car wash around town, Soapy is hands down our favorite. The monthly membership is such a fair price and completely worth it. But the real reason we keep coming back? Sarah! She is truly AMAZING and goes so far out of her way to make the experience fun and special for my kids every single time. My children literally ask to go to the car wash because they adore her so much. Employees like Sarah are rare, and she deserves all the recognition for making Soapy such a standout place for families. We love it here!

I received a large gift card for Christmas to enroll myself in an unlimited wash program here. They do not allow customers to use gifts cards for unlimited washes. I like to get multiple washes a month and by just getting one wash I’m not using the money efficiently. And the company is just charging me more because I have a gift card which is unfair. Even as I offered to put a card on file, they could not honor the monthly package. they sold me just one wash at the end of the and could not help me further. Dissatisfied with the customer service and the wash as well. The car barely got dried at the end of the wash too. Many water spots remained. And still have this gift card with money I am not allowed to use to its full potential. Edit: I understand you response fully, but perhaps you’ll make amends to your policies so you can offer all your services too all customers, even if they’re paying with a gift card. You don’t advertise on your website that gift cards cannot be used towards monthly services
